CCNL SHORT TERM PROGRAMES

CCNL STAFF UNDER INTENSIVE PREPARATIONS TO EXECUTE PLANNED PROGRAMS

Before I make any official statement on the above subject matter, I consider it paramount to appreciate the immeasurable efforts of the entire CCNL Patentees in the struggle to ensure the immediate payment of our royalties through legal processes. In actual fact, I appreciate in no small amount the incalculable contributions of all the religious organizations that came to our aid during the detention of THE KING and his Personal Assistance by the barking EFCC in recent time. I will be ingratitude if I fail to recognize the priceless efforts of some CCNL Patentees who volunteered themselves to ensure that the CCNL FORUM came back to life in recent time especially when the bandwidth was exceeded. Without you, there wouldn’t have been any means to expose the criminalities of Mobil Producing Nigeria Limited, and Chevron Nigeria Limited and 21 others.

OUR SHORT-TERM PROGRAMS

(1) CCNL VERSUS MOBIL PRODUCING NIGERIA UNLIMITED. SC./69/2011.
The Supreme Court of Nigeria has set aside the 10th of July, 2012 as a special day for CCNL and MPNU to defend or regularize all the motions filed before it. As at today, there are seven (7) motions filed before the Supreme Court of Nigeria in the suit number SC./69/2011. They are stated below

(1) CCNL BRIEF OF ARGUMENT……… BY CCNL

(2) RESPONDENT REPLY BRIEF …… BY MPNU

(3) APPELLANT REPLY BRIEF ………..BY CCNL

(4) MOTION ON APPLICATION TO JOIN EXXONMOBIL….. BY CCNL

(5) MOTION ON APPLICATION TO AMEND NOTICE AND GROUNDS OF APPEAL…. BY CCNL

(6) CROSS APPEAL OF MOBIL OIL …. BY MPNU

(7) COUNTER CROSS APPEAL …. BY CCNL

Technically speaking, on 10th of July, 2012, the Supreme Court of Nigeria Honorable Justices assigned the case number SC./69/2012 shall normalize or regularize those motions stated above. Detailed report on this is underway.

(2) CCNL VERSUS CHEVRON NIGERIA LIMITED AND 21 OTHERS………….(FHC/CA/CS/92/2000)

This case supposed to have taken place on 9th, 10th, and 11th of May, 2012 in the Federal High Court Calabar Judicial Division for presentation of witnesses and the cross examination of witnesses. Because of some satanic activities of enemies of progress, the sitting could not take place. The case is now adjourned to 9th of July, 2012. Detailed report on this is underway.

(3) FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA (EFCC) versus Comandclem Nigeria limited

The case between EFCC and Comandclem Nigeria limited will hold on 25th and 26th of June, 2012 (next week Monday and Tuesday) in the High Court of Lagos State, Ikeja. All CCNL Patentees are invited to witness the proceedings. For more information on the case, download THE INVENTOR MAGAZINE which will be available for public consumption for free.

(4) CCNL HOLDS A MEETING TODAY

This is to invite the entire CCNL patentees to a special meeting that will come up today 23th of June, 2012 at number 4 Ogudu road, ojota, Lagos state. At this meeting patentees shall be informed of the planned to storm the venue of the high court of Lagos state with series of protest bill boards in support of THE KING. All patentees are invited.
